Amazon is hiring again! So many homeschooling moms would like to supplement the family income by working from home, but work-from-home jobs can be hard to find sometimes. Right now Amazon is looking for virtual customer service associates, so it’s a great time to apply! But don’t delay because the position begins on April 23.
The job pays $10 per hour during the training process and then increases to $12 per hour.
Amazon will provide an Amazon-owned laptop, headset, and Ethernet adaptor.
You’ll need to be willing to work part-time (about 20-29 hours a week), have a flexible schedule, an be able to work more hours during peak seasons. If you’re able to work “off”hours, this is even better since Amazon virtual customer service associates are needed 24/7.
At this time, virtual customer service associates are needed in the following states:
- New Mexico
- North Carolina
- South Carolina
- South Dakota
- West Virginia
You’ll need to be able to communicate well by both phone and in writing since the position calls for communicating by email, chat, and phone.
